….it’s Cinnamon Rolls!!!!
Cinnamon Rolls by Nelda Robinson (Homemade Memories cookbook)
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 Tbs. cinnamon
- Nuts or raisins, if desired
Now, I don’t measure the softened butter that I brush on the rolled out dough, nor do I measure the sugar and cinnamon. I just "eye" it.
These are so yummy though. And, very different from your normal cinnamon rolls. I’m sure you noticed that this doesn’t have yeast in it, hence the cinnamon "biscuit" roll.
